Description

Renovation of a multi-residential development in Mississauga, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

The Projects will include the following scope: - Exterior siding replacement - Eavestroughs and downspout replacement - Facia and soffit replacement - Localized brick masonry repairs - Aluminum and Vinyl Windows and exterior doors replacement - Replacement of Entrance Glazing Systems on high-rise buildings - Roofing replacement - Foundation waterproofing - Exterior Cladding Rehabilitation that includes exterior masonry cavity walls repairs and over cladding with another system Multiple Tenders will be issued tentatively in late Spring 2026. A Performance Bond and Labour and Material Payment Bond, each in the amount of 50 per cent of the Contract Value, which for the purposes of this prequalification is estimated up to $5,000,000.
