Renovation of a golf course in Plainfield, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a golf course.
**As of March 16th, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The scope of work includes clearing and removals, drainage improvements, feature construction, grading and shaping, grassing, asphalt cart path paving, irrigation system adjustments, and other miscellaneous work for the renovation of tees on Holes 1, 4, and 15 at Naperbrook Golf Course as shown in the Drawings and Specifications. Bidders must direct all questions concerning this project or concerning bidding requirements in writing. A bid bond is not required. If a bid is accepted, both a Labor & Material Payment Bond and a Performance Bond, each for not less than one hundred percent of the contract amount, will be required prior to beginning construction. Bonds must guarantee performance of the Prevailing Wage Act and be issued by a surety with a financial strength rating of at least A-. If a bid is accepted, the contractor will also be required to file a written substance abuse prevention program with the owner prior to commencement of the work. Questions will be received in writing only through February 25, 2026
