The scope is to replace HVAC systems in the Middle School and install ADA improvements in the Gym building for USD 381 in Spearville, KS, as described in the project manual, drawings, and addenda. Bids will be received in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and General Requirements included in the Project Manual. Drawings and Specifications are available electronically, free of charge, from Orazem & Scalora Engineering, P.A. Bid Security and Bonds will be required in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and General Requirements. Each bidder shall visit the site, verify existing items shown on plans or specified, and familiarize themselves with the working conditions, hazards, and local requirements involved; submission of bids shall be evidence of such visit. Proposals shall take these existing conditions into consideration and the lack of specific information on the drawings shall not relieve the Contractor of any responsibility.
