The Northwest Catholic District School Board wishes to obtain proposals from a reputable construction firm to design and implement a fencing project, as specified, at St. Mary School in Fort Frances, Ontario. Submissions, with password protected Financial Bid Forms, must be submitted by email to Austin Madussi, Manager of Facilities at amadussi@tncdsb.on.ca. Proposals must be received no later than Thursday, March 9, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. (CST) and must include a copy to Austin Madussi. The lowest or any proposal is not necessarily accepted. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities and informalities, and to award the contract in the best interest of the Board at its sole and unfettered discretion.
