As of March 26, 2026, The Lakota Group proposed a total project cost of $158,407. Funding of $100,000 for this project is within the District’s approved capital budget. A budget adjustment has been requested in the amount of $50,200 and with the reduction in scope the cost of this project with The Lakota Group is estimated at $142,968. Sealed bids are requested for the 2026 Skokie Playfield Master Plan. All contracts are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. Bid documents are available at the Winnetka Park District office or online. Bids must be delivered by mail or by hand; e-mail or FAX submittals will not be accepted. Any bids received after the specified deadline will be returned unopened. The Winnetka Park District Board reserves the right to waive informalities, accept or reject any or all bids, accept only portions of each proposal, and combine or separate any section or work as it deems in the public interest.
