The work consists of providing ON-CALL, routine, and emergency domestic plumbing system response and repair services on an as-needed basis for state-aided and federally funded public housing developments. The contract is for one year and covers properties owned and operated by the New Bedford Housing Authority in New Bedford, Massachusetts. Bidders must be DCAMM certified contractors. The award will be made to the lowest responsible and eligible bidder. Bidders are required to submit a bid deposit of not less than 5% of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates) along with various forms and certifications as outlined. Bids are subject to specific Massachusetts General Laws and federal requirements. The Authority reserves the right to waive any informality or reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest.
