Site work for a water / sewer project in Mount Washington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project involves the installation of approximately 2,900 linear feet of 4-inch water main and other appurtenances for a complete installation according to the provided plans and specifications. Bids are requested for a single contract for the Flatlick Road Water Main Extension. The expected duration of the project is 90 days. All prospective bidders must purchase bidding documents from the issuing office (Lynn Imaging) and be listed as a plan holder. Bidding documents can be purchased in either hardcopy or electronic form for a nonrefundable fee. All qualified bidders must submit forms contained in section 004XXX with their bids at the time of bid opening. Bid security must be provided as per the instructions to bidders. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 120 days after the bid opening. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or reject any or all bids. The project will be awarded to the lowest, best, responsive, responsible bidder. Small and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to bid. Further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award can be found in the instructions to bidders included with the bidding documents. Question Deadline 02/24/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing via email to mcurtis@bluegrassengineering.net and must be submitted to receive consideration seven days prior to the opening of bids.
