Each bid must be accompanied by an acceptable bid bond or certified check in the amount of 5% of the total bid. Bids must be submitted on the bid form furnished. No bid may be withdrawn for 45 days after the above scheduled closing time set for the receipt of bids. The City of Universal City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any formalities, and to select the bid deemed in the best interest of the City.
