Pomerleau Inc., acting as Construction Manager for the project titled Chaudière - TP02 Caissons, Soil & Rock Anchors, invites bids for this tender package. Bidders are required to obtain all plans and tender documents from the Building Connected platform, subject to site conditions. Bids must include a bid security or a certified cheque for 10% of the bid amount, payable to Pomerleau Inc. Bidders are responsible for obtaining sufficient information about the site and certifying that they have visited the site and are satisfied with their knowledge of all matters affecting the execution and completion of the work as described in the specifications and drawings. Bids must be submitted in an opaque, sealed envelope clearly identified with the company name and relevant lot number, or can be received electronically by the Construction Manager via the Building Connected platform or email.
