Site work and new construction of a laboratory facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 30,000-square-foot laboratory facility; and 3,000-square-foot laboratory facility.

The scope of work includes the construction of a new laboratory building of approximately 30,000 square meters with a dedicated central utility plant to support the laboratory system, and about 3,000 square meters consisting of two farm buildings and a guard house. The project also involves the construction and installation of a geothermal system and modifications to the civil infrastructure in the existing campus to serve the new construction.
