Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Buffalo, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of April 01, 2026, project was awarded to Kuechle Underground Inc., awarded amount is $9,582,235.75 The work includes the construction of approximately 10,300 cubic yards of common excavation, 5,100 linear feet of 8" PVC watermain, 2,600 tons of SP 9.5 bituminous wear course, 2,500 linear feet of 8" PVC pipe sewer, 3,450 tons of SP 12.5 bituminous non-wear course, 5,640 linear feet of 12"-36" reinforced concrete pipe sewer, 7,860 cubic yards of aggregate base class 5, 60,000 square feet of 5" concrete walk, 12,800 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter design B618, 46 deciduous trees (2" caliper balled and burlapped), 1,300 square feet of modular block retaining wall, 450 shrubs and perennials in containers, 7,900 cubic yards of aggregate base (CV) class 5, 6 lump sum lighting system installations, together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with plans and specifications. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates and Truck Rentals. QA date - 3-5-2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing to the Issuing Office.
