Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from Consultants to provide recommendations to improve safety and efficiency throughout the rail corridor and for the traveling public in the Town of Gilbert. ADOT reserves the right to declare failed negotiations, terminate negotiations with that firm and commence negotiations with the next ranked firm. SOQs will be accepted from any Consultant prequalified through ECS and properly registered with the Arizona Board of Technical Registration (BTR) at the time the SOQ is submitted to ECS.
