A single-zone mini ductless split system between 1 and 4 tons is required, capable of maintaining indoor temperatures between 68F and 78F during both heating and cooling seasons while operating continuously, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The system must include a standalone thermostat located in the telecom room and a standalone alarm to indicate unit malfunction. Units must be Energy Star rated and use R-32 refrigerant, with electrical specifications of 208/230V, single phase, 60 Hz. Required features include an outdoor condensing heat-pump unit, inverter technology, low-ambient cooling and heating capability, auto-restart functionality, optional condensate pump, 24-hour timer, and a manufacturers warranty providing a minimum of two years on parts and five years on the compressor. Only domestically manufactured commercial off-the-shelf units compliant with the Buy American Acts manufacturing requirement are sought. Firms with knowledge of qualifying units are requested to submit technical data sheets via email. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
