Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Middletown Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
**As of April 16th, 2026, this project has been awarded to AJM Electic, Inc. and CUICK Precision Solutions.** A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. Project generally includes, but is not limited to the replacement of the North Heilbron and Knowlton Road Pump Stations; associated site work and restoration; installation of E&S controls; and associated work identified in the Contract Documents. B. Type of Contract 1. Project will be constructed under coordinated, concurrent multiple contracts. See Section 01 12 00 - Multiple Contract Summary for a description of work included under each of the multiple contracts. Contracts for this Project include the following a. North Heilbron and Knowlton Road Pump Stations General - 25-1 b. North Heilbron and Knowlton Road Pump Stations Electrical - 25-2 Contract No. 25-1 generally includes upgrades at the Pump Stations, including but not limited to partial demolition of the existing pump station structures; installation of Owner-furnished pump station equipment; replacement of the suction and discharge piping; necessary site grading; and associated work identified in the Contract Documents. Contract No. 25-2 generally includes the replacement of the electrical components at the Pump Stations, including but not limited to installation of buried and exposed conduit and wiring; installation of Owner-furnished emergency generator and pad; control panels and systems; electrical power and distribution work; and associated work identified in the Contract Documents. Bids shall be submitted on a lump-sum basis for each contract. Bid security in the form of a certified check or bid bond is required in an amount not less than ten percent (10%). All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents must be submitted via PennBID. Bidders must comply with State anti-bid-rigging regulations and submit a non-collusion affidavit. Contractors and subcontractors are required to utilize the Federal Government's E-Verify system and submit a Public Works Employment Verification Form. The Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act applies. All Bids shall be irrevocable for sixty (60) days after the Bid opening date. Businesses will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and not be discriminated against based on gender, race, color, creed, sex, age, physical disability, or national origin. The Authority reserves the right to waive defects, to accept any bid or combination of bids in its best interest, and to reject any or all proposals. Question Deadline 03/04/2026 at 4:00 PM ET
