Site work for a water / sewer project in Oneill, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project involves the removal and replacement of the HDPE liner of an existing anaerobic lagoon at the O'Neill WWTP. The work includes removal and land application of the existing sludge, as well as miscellaneous grading, restoration, fencing, and repairs. Bid security must be furnished according to the instructions to bidders, and all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award are specified in the instructions to bidders included in the bidding documents. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
