The purpose of amendment 0003 is to update the SATOC level PWS to correct paragraphs 11.1, 11.8, and 11.9 to remove ECS and replace it with ERS for Project Personnel and to provide an updated Seed Project PWS with an updated table on page 12 changing the LUCIP from (one per year) to (one year). Additionally, this amendment provides GFI requested through ProjNET RFIs and the final list of ProjNET questions and answers. Environmental remediation services to achieve site closure for unrestricted residential use at Shaw Air Force Base in accordance with the Shaw Hazardous Waste RCRA Permit. Work includes execution of an Optimized Remediation Contract covering eighteen Installation Restoration Program sites, operations and maintenance of two large groundwater treatment plants, and long-term management and remedial actions across multiple performance objectives. The scope encompasses remedial action-operation sites, interim remedial action-operation sites, and long-term monitoring sites, including sites with alternative objectives leading to remedial completion or site closure. Services are to be performed under a single-award task order contract with firm-fixed-price task orders, supporting comprehensive environmental restoration activities as defined in the Performance Work Statements over a seven-year ordering period with an additional six-month option.
