Site work, paving, renovation and addition to a water / sewer project in Pineville, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of reconstruction of the Wastewater Treatment Plant Sewer Pump Station (Sewer Pump Station No. 1) including triplex pumping system, piping and valving, site piping and valving and 16 sewer force main, flow meters, pump station building renovation and addition, site paving and access drive, exhaust/ventilation system, gas detection system, fencing, and complete electrical and control system, and all related appurtenances. Bidders are to submit separate sealed bids. Bidders must submit security in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the total bid price. Successful bidder must furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount. Bidders may secure documents and submit bids electronically as described. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause. Provisions and requirements in the bidding documents are not informalities and will not be waived. Question Deadline 03/02/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent ofthe Contract Documents are to be directed to the ENGINEER. Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
