Masonry repointing and brick repair at Thomas J. Lahey Elementary School - Phase 3. Bids must be submitted using the standard proposal form enclosed in a sealed envelope marked with the job name and bidder's details. Each bid must include a certified check or bid bond for ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount as commitment security, and certification of the bonding company is required. Only official plan holders of record, who obtain documents via the designated provider, will be recognized. Bidders are advised to hold their prices for forty-five (45) days after bid opening. The Board reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest responsible qualified bidder meeting all requirements and retains the right to reject any or all bids, waive informality, and accept bids in the best interests of the School District. All arrangements for obtaining contract documents and addenda, as well as any shipping costs, are the responsibility of the bidder, as detailed in the instructions.
