The City of Santee is requesting bids for the provision of all labor, materials, machinery, equipment, tools, supplies, and mobility necessary to provide turnkey homeless encampment site cleanup and support services. The objective is to result in a safe and clean site by removing all debris and encampment waste material at various City locations. The work is more particularly described in Exhibit 'A' of the Sample Agreement within the issued RFB documents. Bidders are required to provide a bid guarantee/bond of 10%. A payment bond (material and labor) is required when applicable and the contract exceeds $25,000.00 (100%). Bidders must obtain a Santee Business License upon award of contract. Prevailing wage rates apply as per state requirements. Certificates of insurance are required upon award. Questions pertaining to this RFB must be submitted in writing.
