Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Upper Saddle River, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The project consists of one Base Bid and one Alternate Bid. The Base Bid includes roadway improvements to Cherry Lane (from Tanglewood Hollow Road to the Municipal Boundary with New York), Hillside Avenue (from West Saddle River Road to the Municipal Boundary with New York), Plymouth Drive (from Hillside Avenue to Hampshire Hill Road), Brook Road (from Hampshire Hill Road to East Saddle River Road), Applewood Drive (from West Saddle River Road to Terminus), Cobblestone Drive (from Sparrowbush Road to Terminus), and Stonegate Road (from West Saddle River Road to Terminus). The work includes HMA milling and paving, full depth pavement repair, upgrading bicycle safe grates/eco curb pieces, replacement of rolled asphalt curb, and striping. Alternate Bid A shall include installation and replacement of additional rolled asphalt curb within the project limits. All work on this contract must be completed within sixty calendar days from issuance of a Notice to Proceed. Bidders will be furnished with a copy of the Contract Documents by request upon proper notice to an indicated email address. The contractor shall specify if they request an electronic copy (PDF format) or paper copy. Electronic copies are provided at no charge. Paper copies are available for a non-refundable charge. The Contract Documents will be available during business hours beginning on a specified date.
