Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Dayton, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The work involves MOT-GMR Trail Renovations for Five Rivers MetroParks. Bidders must provide sealed bid proposals, ensure compliance with the project experience requirements as detailed in Section 9.0, and submit a 100% Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond, or an alternative financial guarantee of ten percent (10%) of the bid. Proposals must be submitted using the provided forms. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities. Question Deadline 03/12/2026 may submit to the Owner's Representative a written request for an interpretation thereof. The person submitting the request will be responsible for its prompt delivery at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the bid time. Repair and overlay the Great Miami River Trail from Triangle Park to the intersection at Rip Rap Road along with associated activities such as detours, signage, and pavement markings. The total length of the project is 5.14 miles.
