This project encompasses the procurement of equipment, services, and basic maintenance for broadband internal connections, as defined by the FCC’s Category 2 E-Rate eligible services list for 2026. The project is divided into multiple contracts covering bulk cabling and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS); respondents may bid on one or both contracts. Respondents are strongly encouraged to register for the distribution list via email for updates and addenda. All bids and awards are contingent upon E-Rate funding approval. Price will be the primary evaluation factor, but the contract may be awarded to the most qualified respondent in the best interest of FTCSC. Bids must use the provided Project Manual forms, include a fully executed Indiana Form 96 (Rev. 2013) with a Section III-compliant financial statement, and a Bid Bond or certified check for at least 5% of the total bid made payable to Franklin Township Community School Corporation. Respondents must include their Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) and submit two physical copies of their proposal, as well as a digital copy via email. Sealed envelopes must be clearly marked with the project name and respondent information. All proposals must comply fully with the bid documents available on the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) website. The contract will be in the form of a Purchase Order with the Project Manual attached. FTCSC reserves the right to reject any bid and waive irregularities in the bidding process.
