State funds from the Green Acres Program are being utilized for the project. Vendors currently suspended, debarred, or disqualified under N.J.A.C. 7:1D-2 are excluded from participation. Bid forms, contracts, and specifications must be obtained through Remington & Vernick Engineers upon payment of a fee, and no bids are to be picked up or dropped off at the engineer's or municipality offices. Bids must be submitted on designated forms in sealed envelopes with the bidder's name and address and reference to the specific work. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond of at least 10% (not exceeding $20,000) of the bid amount, and a certificate letter from a surety company for a completion bond. The contract will only become effective upon lawful provision of necessary funds. Necessary State, Federal or Local permits must be secured.
