Renovation of a stadium in West Lafayette, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Bids are being solicited for complete construction projects at the West Lafayette Campus, specifically for Ross-Ade Stadium Brick Cleaning and Repair, and Tunnel Ventilation System and Insulation Phase I. Bids must be properly executed and submitted with all required documents, including the Principal Subcontractor Questionnaire, Form 96, executed Form 96A, Non-Collusion Affidavit, a written plan for employee drug testing, and a Contractor's Combination Bid Bond and Bond for Construction. Bidders must comply with the Instructions to Bidders and all contract conditions, specifications, plans, and drawings. The Trustees of Purdue University reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive terms, conditions, provisions, informality, irregularity, or omission in any bid if deemed advantageous to the university. All relevant bidding documents may be obtained online as instructed. SCOPE OF PROJECT A. This project is a repair to the center piers of Gates F and G at Ross-Ade Stadium on Purdue University’s West Lafayette campus. There is an alternate for repair work to the west site wall. Bidders contemplating submitting a Bid for the proposed project who are in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Contract Documents shall submit to the Architect listed in the Advertisement for Bids,(Legal company name) at least 10 days prior to the date for opening Bids, a written request for an interpretation.
