The County of Franklin is seeking bids to pave four different site locations throughout the County. The project consists of paving four sites with approximately 8,475 square yards of pavement, estimated at 2,300 tons of asphalt. Additional work includes minor grading to connect an existing paved lot to an adjacent parking lot, and slurry seal of an existing roadway. Bidders are to submit sealed bids to Franklin County. Bidders shall comply with Virginia Code Section 54.1-1112 regarding information required with the Bid. Envelopes containing Bids must be clearly marked with the Bidder's contractor license number. Respondents are responsible for ensuring they have the complete version of the bid documents, including any addenda, before submitting a bid.
