Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Billings, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
The work includes the construction of the 2026 Taxilane at Billings Logan International Airport. All tools, equipment, materials, and labor necessary to complete the project are to be provided. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check, certified check, bank money order, or bank draft in an amount not less than ten percent of the total bid, payable to the City of Billings. The successful bidder will be required to provide separate performance and payment bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities. The Bidder must supply all the information required by the bid documents and specifications. Project questions must be received by 4:00 pm on February 26, 2026 to the Engineer.
