Description

Site work for a transportation facility in Billings, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.

The work includes the construction of the 2026 Taxilane at Billings Logan International Airport. All tools, equipment, materials, and labor necessary to complete the project are to be provided. Bids must be sealed and delivered to the specified address by the deadline and marked accordingly. The bidder’s name, address, and state Contractor’s Registration Number must appear in the lower left-hand corner of the envelope. Bids will be opened publicly and results posted online. Contract documents, including project plans and manuals, can be viewed online and downloaded for a fee. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier’s check, certified check, bank money order, or bank draft in an amount not less than ten percent of the total bid, payable to the City of Billings. The successful bidder will be required to provide separate performance and payment bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent of the contract.
