The Village of Barboursville, West Virginia is requesting Statements of Qualifications from licensed architectural firms for professional services related to the Barboursville Sports Complex Indoor Recreation Facility. The Scope of Services includes, but is not limited to: planning, design, preparation of construction documents, cost estimating, bidding assistance, and construction administration, all in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, codes, and regulations. Firms must demonstrate current licensure in West Virginia, relevant experience with comparable public projects, qualifications of key personnel, capacity to perform the required services, and proof of required insurance.
