Sealed proposals will be received by Pike Township Supervisors of Clearfield County for the supply of various types of limestone and subbase materials, listed as follows: 2A Modified (120 tons), RC Limestone, AASHTO No. 8 (400 tons), 1B Limestone, AASHTO No. 67 (200 tons), 2B Limestone, 2A Subbase (100 tons), 2A Limestone, AASHTO No. 3 (25 tons), and 3A Limestone. Bids will be awarded on a line by line basis. Liquidated damages apply. Proposals must be submitted on forms provided by the Municipality and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
