Sealed proposals are requested for the supply of the following items: approximately 300 tons of AASHTO #8 (1B) Limestone, 400 tons of 2A Limestone, 300 tons of #3 Limestone, 400 tons of 2RC Limestone, 100 tons of AASHTO #57 (2B) Limestone, 200 tons of AASHTO #10 Limestone Dust, and 150 tons of #2 Limestone. Proposals must be submitted on forms provided by the municipality. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to 10% of the bid, made payable to the municipality. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Liquidated damages in the amount of $250 per day will apply.
