Description of Work: Streetscape project with new curbing, sidewalk and lighting between Thompson Street and Filbert Avenue The Bidder shall include the fully completed NonCollusion Affidavit with the bid. Pennsylvania State Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to this project. Bids may be held by Curwensville Borough for up to 60 days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract. Curwensville Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities, or to negotiate contract amounts
