The project consists of removing and replacing windows at the Arts & Sciences Building at Washington State. Question Deadline 03/20/2026 Bidder shall submit a written Request for Interpretation (RFI) to the A/E for an interpretation or clarification. The A/E shall respond to RFIs received more than 7 days before the bid opening. Sealed bids are invited for the project entitled "WSCO-Window Replacements" at Washington State College of Ohio, Marietta, in accordance with the contract documents prepared by Pickering Associates. Bidders may submit requests for consideration of a proposed Substitution for specified products, equipment, or services no later than 10 days prior to the bid opening. All bids must comply with the version of the State of Ohio Standard Requirements for Public Facility Construction included in the contract documents. Sales tax should not be included as the project is exempt. The College reserves the right to reject any bids or to waive informalities or irregularities, and may award contracts for the base bid only or combine with any alternates, provided total contracts do not exceed available funds. Prevailing wage and equal employment opportunity requirements apply. Bidders may be subject to a Pre-Award Affirmative Action Compliance Review and must specify service locations in compliance with Executive Orders related to domestic performance and prohibition of certain Russian affiliations. Domestic steel use is required per Ohio Revised Code. Bidders are encouraged to be enrolled in a Substance Use Prevention and Recovery (SUPR) Program, providing requisite enrollment information on the Bid Form. The contractor is responsible for scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, and other services as identified in the contract documents.
