Description

New construction of a multi-residential development in Wichita, Kansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a three-story above grade, 75-unit multi-residential development.

A federally funded construction project funded in whole or in part with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME-ARP funds through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and administered by the City of Wichita. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE), Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), and Women’s Business Enterprises (WBE) are encouraged to participate. This project is subject to Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended (12 U.S.C. §1701u), and the regulations at 24 CFR Part 75. Section 3 businesses and Section 3 workers are encouraged to participate. This project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (Pub. L. 117-58). This project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act and applicable U.S. Department of Labor prevailing wage requirements. Bidders shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) requirements. The contractor will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or familial status.
