The City is requesting bids for the 2026 Parking Lot Improvements project. All bidding procedures, contract adherence, and construction installation shall be in accordance with the Contract Provisions. Bidders must purchase contract documents online and are responsible for checking for addenda. A voluntary pre-bid walk-through of the City's parking lots is offered. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in the bidding, and to make the award to the lowest responsible bidder as determined by the City.
