Bidders are invited to submit bids for the Eden Central School District Capital Improvement Project 2024 Phase 1 at the Middle/High School located at 3150 Schoolview Road, Eden, NY 14057. Bids will be received for Site Construction and Roofing Construction. Bidders must submit a bid bond payable to the owner in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. All potential bidders must self-perform a minimum of 20% of the work, providing on site construction or supervision as proof of self-performance associated with the contract they submit bids for (not including general overhead activities such as submittals, paperwork, and meetings). Bid documents are available for review at designated plan rooms and from Avalon Document Services, with a $100 deposit per set required. Bidders who return all documents in good condition within ten days after the award of the bid and have remitted payment will receive a full refund of the deposit. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to re-advertise for new bids, and to waive informalities and irregularities in connection with any bid.
