Renovation of an educational facility in Eden, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a primary / secondary education facility.
Bidders are invited to submit bids for the Eden Central School District Capital Improvement Project 2024 Phase 1 at the Middle/High School located at 3150 Schoolview Road, Eden, NY 14057. Bids will be received for Site Construction and Roofing Construction. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond payable to the owner in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. All potential bidders must self-perform a minimum of 20% of the work, with 20% on-site construction or supervision as proof of self-performance, not including general overhead (such as submittals, RFI and RFP paperwork, construction meetings, etc.). Bids are to be prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders and delivered to the Eden Central School District. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to re-advertise, and to waive informalities and irregularities in connection with any bid. Doc note: Bid documents are available for examination and review at Avalon Document Services , Buffalo Planroom , (716) 995-7777 Bidders or subcontractors who return all Bidding and Contract Documents in good condition within ten (10) days after award of bid and have remitted payment, will receive a full refund of the deposit.
