This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Kamloops (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Outdoor Amenities and Landscaping Services [Small Scale] as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The City is seeking qualified contractors to assist with the design and construction of its Outdoor Amenities infrastructure programs, specifically as related to Parks Amenities and Landscaping To ensure best value and for contractors to best align with their skills with the projects, the work is split into two streams – small scale (<$100,000) and medium scale (>=$100,000).
