Construction of a supportive housing project consisting of a five-bedroom group home. TIMELINE: Negotiated Request for Proposal is underway to invite proponents to prepare and submit competitive proposals to provide Prime Consultant and Architectural Services for the project. The Prime Consultant will act as the Lead Architect and coordinate professionals hired by BC Housing and be responsible for all stages of project development including schematic design, design development, construction documents, tendering, (i.e., preparing drawing package and specification, etc.), contract administration during construction, construction closeout, and the warranty review phase.
