This RFP is issued to obtain proposals from experienced and qualified parties to supply all labour, specific supplies, and specific equipment for janitorial services at the Kamloops Fire Centre located at 4000 Airport Road, Kamloops, British Columbia. The scope of services includes regularly scheduled janitorial services as well as occasional additional janitorial services requested on an if, as and when needed basis. The contractor will be required to provide scheduled janitorial services and accept additional janitorial services as long as seventy-two (72) hours notice is provided for such requests. Subcontractors will not be permitted. Submissions must be delivered by either Electronic Submission or Email Submission, in accordance with the process rules for the RFx. Only pre-authorized electronic bidders registered on the system can use the electronic submission option. If submitting by email, proposals must be sent to the specified email address with the opportunity description and ID in the email subject line. Question Deadline 04/09/2026 at 2:00 PM PT Questions related to this opportunity should be submitted to the Official Contact before this requested cut off date and time. Questions received after this date and time may not be answered.
