Description

Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Topeka, Kansas. Completed plans call civil work for a fire station.

Request for Quote for the construction of a Firing Range at the Larned State Correctional Facility. Question Deadline 02/20/2026 Questions requesting clarification of the bid must be submitted in writing to the Procurement Office. Answers to questions will be available in the form of an addendum on the Online. *Please note that you will receive an email that your documents were received, if you do not receive an email there may be an issue, please call 785-296-0002 to confirm that your bid package was received electronically. Service Companies Responsibilities/Scope of Service o Range area will be 200' x 400' plus a parking lot and entrance drive. o Parking lot's size will be 200' x 100'. o Move dirt located on grounds at Larned State Correctional Facility to construct a Firing Range. o Remove the existing top cap, remove the dirt that is full of weeds and fusing the lower layers together to prevent erosion not compromise the integrity of berm being built. o Grade and compact dirt as needed. o Build up total area for proper slop and drainage. o Range dirt work needs to be completed by April 5, 2026.
