Description

Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Huntersville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility.

This Fire Training Facility requires three primary structures: a Class A Burn Building, a Drill Tower, and a Fire Training Classroom & Support Building. In addition, the site features space for truck maneuvering and open concrete pads for various fire prop training exercises. Sealed proposals will be received for the construction of CPCC Fire Training Facility at 11700 Old Verhoeff Drive, Huntersville, NC. Complete plans and specifications are available in electronic or printed form from Duncan Parnell during normal office hours via their bid room. The state reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
