Demolition, site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Huntersville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field.
Sealed, single prime bids are requested for the construction of a splash pad and surrounding hardscape, which includes associated demolition and clearing, grading, erosion control, installation of stormwater conveyance measures, utilities, furnishings, and landscaping. Each bid must be accompanied by cash, cashier's check, certified check on a bank or trust company insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, or a Bid Bond in the amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid in the specified form and conditions. The project will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, taking into account quality, performance, and the time specified in the contract documents. The Town of Huntersville reserves the right to waive any minor deviations in the bid proposal and to reject any or all bids.
