Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Elmhurst, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Sealed bids are invited for Bid Package #4, consisting of: A) Glulam Beams and B) Fireproofing for the Wagner Community Center at 615 N. West Ave, Elmhurst, IL 60126. Contractors are not required to bid on all trade packages and must label each sealed bid clearly with the package letter and trade, submitting only one trade per package. Each bid must include a Bid Guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond from a company with an A-1 best rating, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to Elmhurst Park District. Successful bidders must provide a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond for the full amount of the Contract. This is a Prevailing Wage Schedule Project, requiring payment of prevailing wages for Du Page/Cook County and certified payrolls from general and sub-contractors. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities in bidding. Any clarifications or revisions to the Drawings , Specifications or Bid Documents will be issued in the form of an Addendum .
