The SSP shall be updated as necessary to reflect the final project conditions before submission to DSA. The failure to provide an SSP in accordance with BU 24-05 will result in rejection of the DSA Form 102-IC. Bidders should account for this requirement when preparing their bid submissions. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening for bids, except as provided by Public Contract Code section 5100 et seq.
