Scope of Work The scope of work shall include, but not be limited to, the following: o Demolition and removal of the existing walk-in box. o Removal of old units from the premises. o Removal and on-site storage of current refrigeration for re-installation (electrical disconnect to be done by others). o Receiving the new walk-in box. o Installation of new walk-in cooler (WIC) and walk-in freezer (WIF) boxes. o Installation of new refrigerant lines from the walk-in boxes through the roof to the condensing units, if needed determined at site visit. o Installation of drain lines and heat trace. o Installation of trim around the perimeter and ceiling of the walk-in units. o Completion of all final mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration connections. o Start-up, testing, and final system adjustments to ensure proper operation. o Removal and proper disposal of all packaging, crating, and packing materials associated with the new equipment. o Use existing refrigeration, condenser is on the roof, no not replace.
