Construction of Water System Improvements - Contract 2 - Wells #7 and #4R Infrastructure. The work consists of infrastructure improvements to connect Well #7 and potentially Well #4R as new sources. Bids must include a Bid Security of 5% of the Total Bid Price. The successful bidder must furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds and execute the Contract Agreement within 10 days of notice of acceptance. Contracts may be funded by a loan from the NH Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and/or a grant from the American Rescue Plan Act from the NH Department of Environmental Services. The successful bidder must comply with the President's Executive Order No. 11246 (Equal Employment Opportunity), the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's MBE/WBE rule, the U.S. Department of Labor's Davis Bacon wage provisions, and "American Iron and Steel (AIS)" requirements of the CWSRF and DWSRF programs. No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days after opening. General Contractors must request a set of Contract Documents from Underwood Engineers, Inc.
