Perform the specified abatement, handling and proper disposal of hazardous materials, universal waste, Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs), and AsbestosContaining Materials (ACM). 6. General conditions, including, dust control, street sweeping / road cleaning as required, site inspections, landfill fees, permits, permit fees, submittals, coordination, temporary security fencing for duration of project, and other activities as specified. 7.
