Firm prime contractor bids are requested for the labor, materials, equipment, and all other services to complete the NH Elementary Basketball Asphalt Project. Bids must be submitted electronically via PreconSuite only, using the provided forms and including a completed Familial Disclosure Statement, an Affidavit of Compliance to the Iran Economic Sanctions Act (notarized), and Prevailing Wage (LEO) registration. A bid bond or cashier’s check in the amount of at least 5% of the sum of the proposal is required for proposals over $3,321.00. Proposals are to be firm for sixty (60) days. Successful bidders on proposals of $50,000 or more must furnish a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid, with the bond cost included in the proposal. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids in whole or in part and to waive any informalities.
