A.1 Pump out service required at the following City location: A.1.1 Dinsdale Park holding tank (120 - 1st Street North) A.2 Contractor to check and pump out tank at Dinsdale Park as required. The tank should be cleaned at least once per week. A.2.1 During inspections if it is determined cleaning is required more frequently it is up to the Contractor to ensure the cleaning occurs. A.2.2 E-mail notification to the Greenspace Maintenance Chargehand is required after cleaning. A.3 Holding tank is 1,500 gallons. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Quotations, the City in its sole discretion may reject as non- compliant any Quotation which contains omissions, erasures; is ambiguous or unclear as to meaning or intent; is incomplete, illegible, conditional or contains a qualifier; contains any non-requested alterations or additions to the information provided by the City; is obviously unbalanced; or fails to comply sufficiently with the Instructions to Bidders. The City may, in its sole discretion, waive any and all defects, informalities, and accept any Quotation, as compliant, which it considers is in the best interest of the City of Brandon.
