The City of Wabbaseka, Arkansas, is soliciting engineering services for the planning and design of water system improvements. Engineering services must comply with Arkansas Natural Resources Commission requirements for the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) and include: preparation of a Pre-Application and Preliminary Engineering Report, Facility Plan and Environmental Information Document, SRF loan application (meeting Capacity Development Requirements), design and preparation of plans and specifications for the water system improvements, and preparation and implementation of a Project Performance Workplan and Operation & Maintenance Manual. Interested firms must submit four copies of a statement of qualifications including: firm identification, understanding of the project, comparative project experience, and resumes of key staff and technical consultants. Firms may be asked to participate in interviews, and interview expenses are the responsibility of the engineering firm. The selection process will adhere to Arkansas Code Annotated 19-11-801—806 and federal regulations 40CFR part 31.36 and OMB Circular A-102.
